Dustin is a nationally recognized loan officer and the owner of Northwest Mortgage Advisors headquartered in Portland, Oregon. He has grown NWMA into a top-producing branch, become a faculty member of Mortgage Success Source, founded Edgevolution - a content development company - and somehow manages to spend valuable time with his wife and 3 boys.
Vision.
Dustin's vision for dustin360.com is a re-imagining of the 'typical' lender website. Gone are the rate calculators and typical industry-speak seen across the internet. In it's place is a unique and transparent look into Dustin's mortgage practice, design obsessions, travels, leadership lessons, and solutions on how to live a balanced life.
Passion.
Dustin's passion is simple - helping others achieve their goals. Whether it's a loan officer trying to get their production off the ground, or through a charitable organization, Dustin is there to help. He follows a simple maxim; you're only as good as those you help, and the impact you make along the way.
Focus.
Dustin's focus is the same as any other loan officer; helping his clients purchase and refinance their homes. However, this focus deepens into other areas; leadership, motivation, and coaching. Why assist a client in only one area, when you can go deep and impact them on many different levels.
